GLOWLI Market
Marketing & Contact Policy
Last updated 23 September 2026
This page explains exactly how we contact you after you ask for a consultation, what you agreed to when you submitted the form, and how to stop it. It sits alongside our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
What You Agree To When You Submit a Form
When you submit a consultation request, you give your express written consent for GLOWLI Market — and the single outdoor lighting installer we match to your project — to contact you at the phone number and email address you provided. That may include:
- Live calls from a member of our team to confirm your project and book the visit.
- Calls or text messages placed using an automatic telephone dialing system or an artificial or prerecorded voice.
- Email about your request and your booked appointment.
Consent is not a condition of purchase. You do not have to agree to automated calls or texts to use our service or to get a consultation — you can reach us directly at hello@glowli-selected.com instead. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies and is typically [expected message frequency, e.g. 2–4 messages per request].
Who We Pass Your Details To
The vetted local installers we match to your project — up to four — so that you receive comparable quotes and choose for yourself. Each receives only what they need to price the work and attend if you pick them. We do not pass your details to installers we have not vetted, we do not sell them to unrelated third parties, and we do not list your project publicly or auction it. An installer who leaves the network receives nothing further.
Call Recording
Calls to and from the numbers shown on this site may be monitored and recorded for quality, training and to evidence what was agreed. You are told at the start of any recorded call and you can ask us not to record — the call will continue either way.
Recording consent law varies by state. Some states require only one party to consent and some require every party on the call. Pennsylvania is an all-party consent state; Texas is a one-party consent state. We take the stricter standard as our default across every market, which is why the notice is given on every call rather than only where it is mandatory.
How to Stop Hearing From Us
You can revoke your consent at any time, by any reasonable means, and we will honour it promptly:
- Text STOP to any message you receive from us. Reply HELP for help.
- Email optout@glowli-selected.com, or use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
- Tell us on a call. Saying "stop calling me" to anyone on our team is enough — you do not have to use particular words or a particular channel.
A revocation applies to marketing contact of every kind, not only the channel you used to send it. We will still send the transactional messages you need — for example, confirming or cancelling an appointment you already booked — unless you ask us to close the request entirely.
Do Not Call
We maintain an internal do-not-call list and we honour it indefinitely. We also check outbound marketing calls against the National Do Not Call Registry and applicable state registries. Submitting a consultation request is an express invitation for us to call you about that request, which is what permits the call even if your number is on a registry — and revoking consent ends it.
Every marketing email we send identifies us clearly, describes itself accurately in the subject line, includes a working unsubscribe link, and carries a valid postal address as the law requires for commercial email. Unsubscribes are processed within ten business days and usually far sooner.
Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold, to correct it, to delete it, to obtain a copy, and to opt out of its sale or sharing or of targeted advertising. Texas and California residents in particular have these rights under their state privacy laws. Passing your details to the matched installer is a disclosure made at your request and to fulfil your request, not a sale — but you can still ask us to stop at any time.
Exercise any of these at privacy@glowli-selected.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising them. Full detail is in our Privacy Policy.
What We Will Not Claim
We do not publish statistics, review counts, press associations or testimonials we cannot evidence, and we do not describe ourselves as the installer. We are a matching and booking service; the contractor who attends is an independent business working under their own name, licence and insurance. Where a state requires a home improvement contractor to be registered, the installer holds that registration — we do not perform or supervise installation work.
Advertising
Our ads identify GLOWLI Market as the advertiser and link to this policy, our Privacy Policy and our Terms. We capture how you reached us — including advertising click identifiers — so we can measure which advertising produces real completed work. That is described in our Privacy Policy.
Questions and Complaints
Email hello@glowli-selected.com. If your complaint is about the conduct of a call or message, say so and it goes to [named compliance owner], who is responsible for this policy.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
