Our installer standards

How we vet our installers.

You deserve to know who is installing your lights and what you are agreeing to. Before approving an installation partner, GLOWLI reviews six areas of their business and service.

What we review before approval

01

Business registration

We review business registration details so we know the company responsible for your installation.

02

Insurance

We review the installer's insurance documentation. Ask GLOWLI if you need clarification about coverage for your particular project.

03

Manufacturer authorization

We review manufacturer authorization for the lighting products the installer represents. Authorization is specific to the brand and does not by itself mean an exclusive dealership.

04

Installation photos and references

We review examples of completed installations and references to understand the installer's work and experience.

05

Product and workmanship warranties

We review warranty terms and distinguish product coverage from installation labor, including the stated conditions and exclusions.

06

Pricing and project scope

We review pricing, required equipment, inclusions and exclusions so you can compare a clearly described scope. Final measurements and the written proposal determine your installation price.

Approval is only the starting point.

An installer must also be active, accepting enquiries and listed for the requested service and ZIP to appear in your matched options. Where usable pricing is unavailable, GLOWLI helps review the project rather than presenting an invented quote.

Our exclusive regional partnerships

Our featured Pennsylvania and Houston partners are exclusive GLOWLI partners within their agreed service areas. This describes their relationship with GLOWLI; it does not mean they are the only installer in a region or an exclusive dealer for a manufacturer. We check your ZIP to confirm the options available for your project.

GLOWLI stays involved.

Bring your pricing, product and warranty questions to GLOWLI. We coordinate answers with your chosen installer, help you review the proposal and arrange the handoff after the project is agreed. The independent installer performs the installation and is responsible for its work and the commitments in your agreement.

What vetting means for your project

Our review is a check of the information and evidence provided, not a guarantee of every installation outcome. Product terms, insurance and availability can change. Your final written proposal should identify the installer, scope, price, warranty responsibilities and installation arrangements before you commit.

Have a concern or need current documentation? Ask GLOWLI during your project review so we can clarify it before you proceed.
